Have you ever driven a car and known exactly where you wanted to go but were unsure exactly how to get there?  And then your passenger points out a landmark and suddenly you know you need to make the next right-hand turn?  In that moment, you settle in confidently knowing you will find your way.  This is coaching- I'm the trigger to help you discover the answers to arrive where you really want to be.  

In the thirteen years I have been coaching, I have developed a strong ability to take my own personality out of our sessions.

I know without a doubt that your right answers come from you- you're the expert.  When I focus completely on who you are, what you want, and where you want to go we have the ability to co-create precisely what you need. 

Friends bring their personal solutions, consultants bring their answers, as a Life Success Coach I bring questions, the ability to hear your values, clarify your options and with you create an attainable, measurable plan for success in any endeavor.

Educational Background/training: I have a degree from University of Florida in Psychology, am a Coach University graduate of their standard and advanced programs. I also earned two levels of certification from CoachU and the ICF. I am certified by the International Coaches Federation as a PCC and a Member of the International Association of Coaches. 

I have been coaching fulltime for ten years after a very fulfilling corporate career in a parent company which managed holding companies, a mortgage bank, and a real estate business.
