Lisa-Michelle Kucharz helps young professionals move forward in their careers by overcoming obstacles and matching their strengths to their best opportunities. She knows anything is possible and enjoys working with highly motivated people who are ready to take their professional and personal lives to another level.

Partnering with her clients, Lisa-Michelle helps them maximize their potential and achieve their goals through a rewarding journey of realization and accomplishment.

Diversity, challenge, and satisfaction have been driving forces for Lisa-Michelle. She currently works for a major nonprofit organization and has enjoyed many exciting opportunities — career and life coach, human resources director, marketing director, communications director, and business consultant — providing her with unique insight into today’s workforce opportunities and challenges.

Dedicated to increasing the awareness of the benefits of coaching, Lisa-Michelle serves on the executive board of the Long Island Coaching Alliance as the marketing and public relations director and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a volunteer life coach for veterans through the Empowerment Society of the United States of America.

Lisa-Michelle received her coaching certification through Coach Training Alliance, an ICF-accredited training program based on rigorous experiential learning. She earned her undergraduate degree in political science, international relations, and Near East studies from the State University of New York at Binghamton. She obtained her MBA from the University of Derby, completing her thesis in organizational behavior. Lisa-Michelle is also a member of the International Association of Business Communicators.

Strongly believing in a healthy work-life balance, Lisa-Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, traveling, cooking, baking, painting, crafts, reading, writing, and learning something new.
