Something Within

Rita is a certified professional life and career coach. She offers the tools, support, and accountability which help her clients create positive, sustainable change. Rita  helps her clients identify and remove the obstacles which keep them from moving forward. She does all of this using her own unique style of compassionate communication. Most clients report experiencing positive change from the very first session.

Rita has created a fulfilling, abundant, and charitable life. Her greatest passion is to help others to do the same. She has served as Secretary/Treasurer for the Long Island Coaching Alliance, an International Coach Federation chapter, from 2008-2009 and currently serves as its president.

Rita's ideal clients are people who have experienced mid-life awakening, and are ready to do the necessary work to create a life they love.

Rita is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She received her Coach Certification from Coach Training Alliance, an ICF accredited training program based on rigorous experiential learning.
