Something Within

Rita works with people who have experienced some type of mid-life awakening, and now want their lives and their work to be a vibrant reflection of who they really are. She helps her clients create a compelling vision. Rita then supports them in defining specific action steps to achieve the goals necessary to move toward that vision. Rita serves as a helpful intuitive presence. She also becomes an accountability partner to help her clients stay on track.

Rita has created a life she loves, and her greatest passion is to support others to do the same. Rita has experience in both personal coaching and coaching for business. She currently serves as Secretary/Treasurer for the Long Island Coaching Alliance, an International Coach Federation chapter.

Rita's ideal clients are people who have experienced mid-life awakening, and are ready to do the necessary work to create a life they love.

Rita is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She received her Coach Certification from Coach Training Alliance, an ICF accredited training program based on rigorous experiential learning.
