As a coach my style is to create a safe space built on trust and mutual respect. My desire is that in that space my clients feel free to explore who they are and how they want to live their life. I am curious and seek to learn more about my clients. I will ask questions to understand and expand the client’s awareness of self. I listen to hear my client’s true voice. Together we plan strategies to accomplish goals and realize dreams. I manage my client’s progress and hold them accountable to take action toward their goals and dreams. Successes are always celebrated.

Lynn has more than 25 years experience in the areas of medical research, banking, and the pharmaceutical industry. During her 17 year career at a leading pharmaceutical company, she managed groups of data processing professionals through departmental expansion, reorganization, and a merger with another pharmaceutical company. Lynn leads a bi-weekly “Terrific Tuesday Women’s Club” where women come together via a 1 hour Teleconference to interact and explore what needs to happen to turn their week into a Terrific Week. She also publishes a quarterly newsletter that can be viewed on her website. She is a member of the Board of the Women’s Financial Group, President of a family philanthropic foundation, co-author of The Essential Coaching Book with 14 other member coaches of the United Coaching Associates, Inc. and was the President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Long Island Chapter from 2006-2008.

Lynn has been coaching women since 2003. She has a BA degree in mathematics and a MBA degree. Her professional coach training is from Coach University (www.coachinc.com ), an accredited coach training program through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is a Certified Dream Coach® trained by Marcia Wieder, America’s Dream Coach® at Dream Coach University®. Lynn coaches individuals, groups, and conducts retreats and workshops.
