Paul is a professionally trained and internationally certified business and workplace coach and founder of two coaching businesses. He also served as the President of LICA for 2008 and 2009. His purpose as a business and workplace coach is to help executives and business owners crystallize their mission critical goals; identify existing gaps; and create new thinking, strategies, and frameworks to achieve their goals. His ideal clients are successful executives and business owners who are looking for an objective point of view, an accountability partner to keep them on track, and a thinking partner who will stretch and challenge their thinking and facilitate new insights. He uses a unique brain-based approach to coaching, rooted in the latest findings in neuroscience, to help his clients move from A to B as quickly and powerfully as possible.
