I am a career and life coach who specializes in helping people who either want to maximize their working careers or create the most satisfying and fulfilling lives in retirement they can imagine. I have first-hand experience in successfully redefining my own career path a number of times over the past 30+ years and then, as an early “retiree,” to re-create myself in my 50’s.

Through my experiences I have developed expertise in how people select, are chosen for and move through their careers. I have lead teams, mentored colleagues and know how to help people thrive and succeed in corporate America.

Through my own experiences and those of others, I also have learned to understand intimately the opportunities and challenges that retirement—or whatever you call it—presents and how to help people find happiness in their “next stage.”

I bring a broad range of legal, business and non-profit experiences to my coaching clients. Before finding my passion as a coach, I worked as a lawyer for Cablevision and at a Wall Street law firm.  In addition, throughout my working life my family and volunteer work have always played a central role.

I have a B.A. and an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. I received my Certificate in Coaching from New York University. I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Long Island Coaching Alliance.
