I work 1 on 1 with those frustrated and unfulfilled in their career choices or life situations to find new focus and direction. As a coach, I am dedicated to providing the best in guiding those through finding focus, self-confidence, fulfillment, empowerment and career direction in ones life.

As a career coach I, have over 30 years experience in the employment field.  I have been on both sides of the desk in the employment world. I started my career as a Vocational Career Counselor and Job Developer guiding individuals toward job search success and career development.  I have also assumed the seat of hiring individuals in the position of  Assistant Director of Human Resources.

These years of experience has helped me in rolling it over into a very successful coaching practice.

My ideal client is an individual who is unsatisfied in their career, whether it be looking for a new job or enhancing your present job or formulating your present job into your ideal job.

The benefits my clients gain from working with me is the satisfaction and empowerment of arriving at their goals by their own decisions, strategies and plans.

I provide one-on-one coaching by phone or in personal sessions.  I have developed career and life workshops dealing with such topics as: resume writing, job development, the job interview, networking, the rejected lover, unrequited love and so forth.  These workshops have been conducted by teleconference and in person. In addition, Empower Me Coaching has developed a newsletter filled with informative articles and tips on coaching, careers, life and words of encouragement.
