Long Island Coaching Alliance was founded as a chapter of the International Coach Federation in 1997 by a group of executive, business, and personal coaches. The Alliance was incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 2001.
These pioneering Long Island-based coaches developed the Alliance as a means of creating:
LICA member coaches are dedicated to partnering with individuals and groups who want to make effective changes in their lives.
LICA members include qualified coaching professionals or affiliates to the coaching profession. Our members offer a wide range of coaching specializations, which include but are not limited to:
- life coaching
- business coaching
- workplace coaching
- executive coaching
- individual coaching
- group coaching
- spirit coaching
- career coaching
