Long Island Coaching Alliance
In 1997, the Long Island Coaching Alliance (LICA) was founded as a chapter of the International Coach Federation by a group of executive, business, and personal coaches. It was incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in 2001.
The founding coaches developed LICA as a means of creating:
LICA coaches are dedicated to partnering with individuals, groups and buisness that want to make effective changes.
LICA members include qualified coaching professionals or affiliates to the coaching profession. Our members offer a wide range of coaching specializations, which include but are not limited to:

- business coaching
- workplace coaching
- career coaching
- executive coaching
- relationship coaching
- individual coaching
- group coaching
- transition coaching

- retirement coaching
